It is sensible to take turns doing demanding tasks and add a greater range to maintain constant pace for a longer period without getting tired as a team. With an action plan rolled out for transformation (from as-is to to-be), outcomes, tangible experience and sustenance will start showing up like never before and that could be the beginning of greater things to come!
