Marketing Internship

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media management, and digital marketing efforts. Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and informative blog posts on relevant industry topics.
• Develop visually appealing graphics and images for posts on LinkedIn and Instagram using tools like Canva.
• Assist in managing and growing our company’s social media presence across platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media channels for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
• Help optimize content for SEO and user engagement.
• Assist in organizing marketing events and webinars.
• Conduct market research and analyze marketing data to optimize strategies.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. (MBA in Marketing preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing tactics.
• Ability to multitask and work in a collaborative team environment.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Duration and Compensation:

This internship is a 3 month commitment with the possibility of extension. Compensation may be provided based on qualifications and availability.

We welcome ambitious and talented fresh graduates (class of 2022 and 2023) to apply for our intensive 6-month internship program. This program is designed to provide a robust learning experience, catering to individuals who are eager to apply their academic knowledge and foster a passion for growth.

Key Learning Objectives:

Throughout the internship, participants will gain valuable insights and skills in various areas, including but not limited to:

• Comprehensive understanding of the project development lifecycle
• Proficiency in requirement analysis and documentation
• Conducting Impact Analysis to assess project implications
• In-depth knowledge of Agile development methodology and practical application using JIRA
• Hands-on experience in core development, encompassing Angular for UI, Python for Backend, and Postgresql for database management
• Competence in unit testing and deployment strategies to servers
• Immersive project collaboration to bolster real-world experience

Stipend and Eligibility:

We value talent and dedication, and stipends will be provided to deserving candidates. To be eligible for the internship program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Graduation in BCA, MCA, B.E / B. Tech – Computer Science, or Information Technology
• Passed out in the years 2021, 2022, or 2023
• Successful completion of the aptitude test with a minimum passing score of 90%

Internship Completion and Potential Full-Time Employment:

Upon the successful conclusion of the internship, candidates will be awarded a Certificate of Completion, acknowledging their commitment and accomplishments during the program. For the most outstanding participants, there is the opportunity for potential full-time employment with Blugate. The selection for such positions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
